Passport & Visa:
Original Valid Passport: With an expiration date exceeding six months.
Valid Chinese Business Visa (M-Visa): Or another valid visa allowing you entry into China.
Visa/Passport Copies: Prepare several copies as backups in case the originals are lost.
Exhibition Credentials:
CIFF Pre-registration Confirmation/Invitation Letter: Both electronic and printed versions, for quickly exchanging for your entry badge.
Business Cards: Prepare 300–500 copies.
II. Business Communication & Screening Documents
Purchasing Requirements (Detailed Purchasing List):
Detailed Product Specification Requirements: Preferably accompanied by reference images or design drawings.
Target Volume & Budget: Your required MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and target price range.
Target Market Regulatory Requirements: Such as fire ratings, environmental protection standards, etc.
Evaluation Tools:
Key Questions List: For efficient information gathering on-site.
Supplier Comparison Chart: To record on-site quotes, MOQ, and Lead Time from various suppliers.
Company Introduction & Background (Company Profile):
Your Company Profile (Electronic Version): Your company size, main business, distribution channels, and target customers.
Business Cooperation Requirement Document: If you have specific intentions for agency, distribution, or exclusive partnership, prepare a corresponding brief Letter of Intent.

III. Technical & Data Processing Documents
Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone: For work purposes.
Power Bank (Mobile Charger): Needs to be fully charged beforehand.
China/Universal Power Adapter: The power and charger standard used in China differs from some countries.
USB Drive/Cloud Drive Account Information: For receiving large electronic files such as product catalogs, certificate scans, and factory videos from suppliers.
High-Quality Camera/Phone: For taking detailed photos of exhibits (must be done with the supplier’s consent).
IV. Financial & Miscellaneous Supporting Documents
Financial Information:
Bank Information/Address Displayed on Business Card: To let suppliers know where to send formal invoices.
Small Amount of RMB Cash: For daily expenses, transportation, or buying snacks and drinks.
Miscellaneous:
Comfortable Shoes: The exhibition is large, and you will be walking for long periods.
Small Backpack/Wheeled Trolley Bag: For carrying brochures, samples, and small gifts.
Translation Tools: Prepare a professional translation App or pre-book translation services.
