2. Future Trends in Outdoor Furniture
(1) Green and Low-Carbon Living
The increasing focus of global buyers on European environmental regulations makes green and low-carbon transition one of CIFF 2026’s key priorities.
One of the highlights of this exhibition is the provision of a bamboo ecosystem solution: CIFF specifically features the “Green East – Bamboo Culture and Life” themed exhibition, showcasing bamboo ecological products and actively addressing the green transformation of trade.
Green East – Bamboo Culture and Life
Inviting industrial bases, leading enterprises, and designers, thematic displays and summit forums were held to transform a small bamboo into a major industry. It actively addressed the green transformation of trade, showcasing the beauty of eastern culture with the aim of turning green mountains and clear waters into gold and silver mountains.
(2) Design Trend: Blurred Indoor/Outdoor Boundaries
Firstly, to withstand the outdoor environment, outdoor furniture is increasingly utilizing high-performance fabrics.
Furthermore, the design of outdoor furniture is gradually shifting towards rounded, fluid, and curved forms, creating a more friendly and natural outdoor feel.
