    Lobster Roe and Minced Shrimp Stuffed Roast Pigeon: Minced shrimp is made into a paste and stuffed into the pigeon, paired with lobster roe. The taste is layered. The outer skin of the pigeon is crispy, the inner shrimp paste is tender, and the lobster roe adds a unique salty and fresh flavor.  

    Black Truffle Glass Roast Pigeon: The outer skin of the pigeon is as crispy as glass. The aroma of black truffle and the meaty aroma of the pigeon blend with each other, with a strong flavor.  

    Scallop and Egg White Fried Rice: The rice grains are distinct. The umami of scallops and the smoothness of egg white are perfectly combined, with a refreshing taste.
